Covid-19 Safety Plan
IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL OR HAVE BEEN IN POSSIBLE CONTACT WITH A POSITIVE CASE OF COVID-19 PLEASE CONTACT ANNA DIRECTLY SO YOUR SESSION CAN BE RESCHEDULED.
The health and safety of clients, the photographer and any associate on site for sessions is of the utmost importance. The following policies are in place for safety during sessions:
Client contact information is required. Your information is confidential unless required by the Health Department. Clients will be required to complete a health self-assessment questionnaire prior to their session.
For outdoor sessions:
We will be maintaining a 2m distance at all times.
Any locations will be chosen for the ability to maintain distance at all times.
The photographer will be wearing a mask, should there be any reason to come within 2m of each other.
For studio sessions:
The studio is cleaned prior to and after all sessions. And any surfaces that are touched are sanitized.
The photographer and any associate will be wearing a mask at all times.
The studio is equipped with hand sanitizer and wipes throughout.
Should weather permit, windows will be open to allow for fresh air circulation.
After your session, should you, the client, discover that they have been exposed to Covid-19, they will contact the photographer with this information so that contact tracing can be established.
Should the photographer discover that she has been exposed to Covid-19, she will contact the Health Department who will then contact anyone who may have had contact with her during the contagious period.
