Another fabulous and amazing woman from my 50 Over 50 project! Cate Proctor of Proctor Shift Consulting is an Author and Consultant a her latest book is going to be released very soon.
Cate has spunk and has not let hitting 50 slow her down. If anything, everything is coming together nicely for her at this time. I love that she told me her parents both feel young inside even if they are older on the outside. My own Grandmother told me that at 90, she still felt like she was 21 inside, until she looked in the mirror.
