Deb – 50 Over 50 Project – Ottawa Portrait Photographer

I am still trying to catch up on my posts, but I really, really have to catch up on Deb!! Oh my!! I am not sure how I missed posting Deb’s images and story, but somehow I did. Blame it on the pandemic. Deb is actually the last client I saw in March before everything closed. I got to visit with her and share her images with her on Thursday, March 12th and as I drove home from her gorgeous home there was a strange sense of something in the air. Professional sports had just been cancelled, there were very few cars on the road and all and all it was truly a strange kind of day.
So Deb!! You are amazing and I am so sorry I haven’t shared your beautiful images here… although I do have some up in the studio to share with everyone that comes in.
Deb is a Rockstar!! A retired (hope they haven’t called you back!!) teacher, I would have been honoured for one of my kiddos to have her teach them. I love her no nonsense attitude and I love the fact that she is a Hip Hop Dancer. Deb has been dancing Hip Hop since the start way back when. In fact, she taught Hip Hop just down the street from a restaurant I worked at back in my University days. We likely crossed paths in our adventures and I only wish I had taken a class with her back in the day.
Deb, I loved having you in the studio and I love having you as a part of my 50 Over 50 Project. I hope that you have fared well since we last met and look forward to a time when we can meet again.
