I have had the pleasure of knowing Charnelle and Jim since shortly after their first date. We met at a Harley Davidson event where we had a bike, a green screen and many women eager to ride on the Harley. I have enjoyed hanging out with them, laughing with them and photographing them. I had the pleasure of capturing their first beautiful daughter, their engagement and their wedding (which I apparently never blogged but posted on FB instead, must fix that). I feel blessed to have been a part of their lives and love watching them grow. When I heard they were expecting again and that they wanted me to capture their newest addition, I was both elated for them and excited to meet the newest family member.
I am pleased to introduce Iris, the newest addition to Charnelle & Jim’s family. Older sister, Isla, is loving being a sister, but also adjusting to sharing her time, typical for the eldest child in any family. We had a lovely time together and I just love holding sweet new babies, especially ones that are tinier than either of my children were.
Iris is sure to be a Winnipeg Jets fan, just like Mama but she may find herself in a tutu dancing up a storm as well. She was so precious to capture and I loved being there for this amazing time with the family.
Many thanks to Charnelle, Jim and Isla for entrusting me to capture their family moments together. I have truly enjoyed every moment I have spent with them and look forward to watching their girls grow up. All the blessings to such a wonderful family.
