NYC – Ottawa Wedding Photographer

I took a quick trip to NYC last week for a shooting workshop with Mike Colon.

It was an amazing experience. I brought back so much more than I thought I would with just four hours of shooting.  The photos from the shoot won’t be ready to share for a while, but I leave you with a little teaser of Central Park.  In my limited trips to NYC over the years, I had never made it to Central Park.  That in itself was worth the drive.  We don’t have anything quite like it here in Ottawa, sure we have parks with statues and gorgeous trees, but we don’t have the fine details in the tunnels and the fountains. Structures build just for you to enjoy.  And then there is the boathouse, a perfect place to end up after a stroll around the park.  I look forward to my next trip already, hopefully it won’t be as short.
