Please allow me to introduce you to Heather and Brian, such a lovely and warm couple. I have known Heather for several years now, attending events in and around Ottawa as well as chatting on social media. Heather first called me to capture the two of them for a formal evening event, where they would be dressed to the nines ready to take on the evening. As sometimes things happen, Heather had to call to reschedule and so we set it up for a beautiful August day. Little did we know that it was going to be one of the hottest days in August. We decided to stick close to home and capture Heather and Brian in their natural element. We had some good laughs and their beautiful home and garden allowed us to capture their favorite morning coffee spot and the spot where they sit together on the stairs. They naturally just gravitated towards these areas and I just couldn’t help myself.
The beautiful first image is a welcoming spot at their front door, I saw the light and asked for just one more shot. I am so thankful that Heather and Brian welcomed me into their home to capture them as they are each and every day. They are naturally a loving couple and I feel that we captured that in them beautifully.
